Which orders are eligible for the guarantee?

Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to your first order per household. To be eligible, your order must meet the following conditions:

• First-time purchase of our product - the guarantee applies only to your first order of from Rhya In Mind.
• Refund request - Refunds can only be requested within 30 days of purchase.
• One unit per order - We only allow refunds on one unit per order, so if you're uncertain about a product we recommend starting with just one jar. It should be all you need to give it a try and see if it has a good effect.

If you're eligible and not seeing the results you hoped for, just reach out to us within the refund window.

How do I get my money back?

If RHYA In Mind products don't work out for you, just email our Customer Care team at hello@rhyainmind.com.au. They'll send you an email explaining what you need to do, and we'll refund your order (minus shipping fee if you paid one).

How long do I have to ask for a refund?

You can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Do I need to send the product back?

Yes, you will need to return the product to receive the refund.

We require the product to be returned to us to prevent unauthorised resale and to safeguard the integrity of our supplement. Without receiving the product, we cannot issue a refund.

We do not reuse the jars after they're returned to us and recycle them at a local facility.
